This sounds like a winner idea to me @sabergirl . Especially the lighter flannel variants.

The self edge collab was my first since joining the IH Army. I'd love collabs with the shops I like. It was hard for me to buy from SE. lots of bad experiences with them. The opposite is true for stores like Iron Shop Provisions, Withered Fig, Division Road, James Dant. If any of these would've had the same types of gear I'd have snagged more than 1 shirt. More denim is always the best answer though.

@CosmoSix5 agreed! If UHF or lighter flannel pyjamas did become available, it would be very entertaining going to IHUK and trying them on! Thank goodness they have a changing room!

@CosmoSix5 I love Withered Fig. A great range of pieces that some of the other sellers don’t seem to stock. Great customer service too, very polite and genuinely happy to answer questions.

I may be in the minority but I cannot think of anything worse than wear a flannel shirt to bed, even in British winters!

@AdamJ It would need to be softer/plusher than a UHF but I could see it being pretty comfy.

Of course it's cooler up here than Costa Del Gosport.

I will admit, pajama pants are for lounging around the house, when it’s bedtime, I take ‘em off.

Therefore, UHF would be ideal! Gotta be a nice baggy cut.

@CosmoSix5 I should check Division Road out as I live nearby. What has been holding me back is some of their styles- a little too fancy for me-or so it appears. Maybe a visit is worth it though to check out what looks like a good shoe/boot collection.

It’s been mentioned that you have some Black/white 21OZ denim left over that you don’t know what to do with. How about some Type I or Type II vests and over dye them. That’s all I’ve got.

Overdying the black beige denim seems like a good idea.

@Matt I actually really liked that denim,to the point where I bought it in 555 and 634 cuts. Overdying anything these days seems to add a little extra juice to it. Also takes the guess work out of the shrinkage conundrum. I think there was a 22OZ Black/Beige denim,and they might've overdyed some Type IIIs that they made from it. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the denim in question is the Black/White 21OZ. CPOs seem to be having their moment these days as well.
