@ironfadegreg if you're comfortable the medium looks better to me. There's a bulge in the top pic that's coming from the pockets, I don't think its your belly causing it. Also the length and sleeves are perfect on the M.

@Denimminer this is the trifecta that I didn't know I needed. The 422, shorts and slip ons. Looking straight money dude!! Hell ya.

thanks guys for you're opinions, yes personally i feel better in the medium, but i do recognise its a snug fit.

the large just feels too big, the arms are too long and i don't like the body length.

@ironfadegreg I would go medium. Maybe it will stretch some as it’s worn in.

In my limited duck experience, the length will shrink in a hot wash but the width will stay put. You might have better long term luck with the large if you like how it fits your body width compared to the medium where even the pockets are being pulled up open when buttoned

I’d go with the large as the medium looks snug in the photos. No layering options with the medium.

@ironfadegreg large looks entirely too big to me. I had a similar problem with the untucked, I resorted to wearing it open or not buttoning the bottom button or two

Ordered the XL based off measurements and came spot on but its looking and feeling way too big for my taste. Might have to find a Large some place. Is it looking too big for yall too?

@fuzzybunnies I like this fit. It’ll mold to your body over time and tighten up a smidge with a hot wash if you need it. Can also unsnap the first cuff snap and fold the cuff back an inch while you wait for it to conform. Personally I’m usually much happier long term with an initial fit like what you’ve got there than snug, but to each his own.

@ironfadegreg , on the last two pics, the upper part of the sleeves look too baggy. The medium gives you proper shoulder placement and sleeve length.

The real question is how do you wanna wear it ? shirt or overshirt ? M looks also better to me if you wanna wear it as a shirt, if you would like to wear it over UHF for example L is your best bet.

@Desperado213 Using height and weight as a guide to purchasing clothing is not always a good idea. You can have two people very similar in height and weight, but very different builds. Some of us carry weight in our chest and shoulders, others in the waist, thighs, and hips.

If you haven’t done so, please watch this video on how to measure shirts: https://forum.ironheart.co.uk//post/5663

Measure your best fitting shirt using this method and compare to the chart that IHUK provides.

If you still have questions, please email the IHUK crew: shop@ironheart.co.uk for further assistance.
