I’ll need help here.
Tried the ‘forgot password’ function but never got the email. Checked JUNK and Trash folders with no luck.
So stuck at that point.

On the old site there was a step during check out where you could leave a message for the crew…say if you were wanting a certain waist measurement, etc. I don’t see a place to do that on the new system…should we just email the crew referencing the order for a request like this now? Also, I found it really useful to be able to buy return shipping as a stand anlone item in the event I wanted to send something back to IHUK for maybe a retrofit snap upgrade or hemming. Will there be a way to do that in the new system?

@AdamJ can look into this, we have some other adjustments to make on the checkout page so will see what is possible. Is perhaps down to the shop app's quick checkout.

For now, yes please. You get an order conf email from us, just reply to that please (it should send to shop@ironheart.co.uk)

With our new returns portal which is fantastic and auto generates your return label as soon as you request your return, we really did not want to have return labels on the site as well to confuse things. If one ever needs a returns label outside of our returns portal, just let one of the crew know and we can create the order and send you a payment link in about 30 seconds on our new platform. This way if you want to send something in for a snap upgrade we can send you a link for the return shipping, snap upgrade etc all in one hit as it was getting wuite muddied on the order screen if one orders a snap upgrade on one order and a shipping label on another which was happening quite often.
