IHxVS-T1-DD - Iron Heart/Vater & Sohn 16.5oz Indigo/Indigo Duck Type I Jacket
-
Thank you.
It's about ten years old and worn mostly when riding. Very heavy FQHH. Thick and and stubborn. Makes IH 25oz feel like velvet. The lining is Lochcarron Buchanan tartan.

That jacket is absolutely gorgeous @Pygmalionย ???

Thank you @doguhanca. I think there are no shortcuts with leather or denim. I choose the thick and heavy ones and then just wear them like they are supposed to be worn. And I dont patronize them. That jacket for example has not yet been treated with anything. No oil. No nothing. Maybe after 20 years or so.

Thank you for that glorious pic of your Aero and the specs @Pygmalion โฆyouโve quickly reshuffled my wants list.
Iโll pester you with some PMs later sometime as my wallet recovers. -
Ask @VaterundSohn. Maybe they have still some jackets of these.
-
didnโt know that this beauty existed

and never seen one for sale , so I guess not much out there . -
I purchased my first pair of IH's at Vater & Sohn after visiting the Wacken festival in 2016.
I remember the store and buying experience at V&S like it was yesterday. Shame they are not still around.

Thank you so, so much @Max-Power for selling me this jacket. It fits perfectly, so much so that I will use these measurements as my new go-to. I feel so fortunate to have this jacket. The creases line up so well with my arms.

Absolutely man, for fecking sure. I've been ogling and gazing upon the posts in this thread for years. I really never thought I would be able to get my hands on one. Giles posted there are only 66 of them. Crazy.

, thank you so much
