I find it odd how much the press is talking about Val playing Batman. That’s so far down the list of the things I think about when I think about him. Even his early work like Weird Science and Top Secret figures more prominently in my mind, not to mention Top Gun, Tombstone, Heat, and a host of better films.

We had the opportunity to watch No Other Land this week. Everyone should see this film if you can find it screening somewhere.

Watched “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” with the kids. Still incredibly funny and it was crazy how much of it I’d forgotten.
