@krebsy Nice, very cool jacket. I think this one will age incredibly well. I'm a sucker for the shorter jacket cuts myself.

I now llive in Texas where the weather is super hot 8 months of the year and warm the rest of the time. Should I get this one or the 21oz model in order not to suffocate when I'm at a red light or a slow moving situation under the sun?

This will be slightly cooler, but the 21oz is breathable as you well know, so both could be workable. I would be going for 13oz, having spent a couple of days in Austin this year

@Alex It was hot as could be when you were here too!

@gbougard 21 might be good for riding in the winter. It does get pretty cold when you’re not in the sun light.

New snaps from Johnny, some BTS from me, and Courtney once again looking absolutely spot on with the fit 🔥

The jacket quite obviously looking mint.

@Danimal506 sorry for the late reply. We're now in the middle of the "cold" season here in Austin.

I was hoping to score a leather jacket in time for the "cold" season from a brand in Scotland (wink wink) but the skin they ordered for it hasnt arrived yet...

So I ride with a modified type III IH jacket (the one dyed in indigo) over a tshirt, a thin merino hoodie and a regular hoodie with a scarf to block out the drafts and it's very, very bearable.

I just arrived back home from a 50 mile ride and it was beautiful. Man I love Texas

@gbougard That’s awesome. Glad to hear you’re enjoying the riding here. Texas really makes me want a motorcycle. Other than all the crazy drivers on the 35 haha

I’ll have to keep my eyes peeled for a Type III out there!

I've been wearing mine a bit more now that it's warming up where I live. Nothing too photo worthy happening just yet, but it's shedding more indigo than I would have expected for the limited wear I've put on it.

The lighting on these makes it look like there's a whole lot more happening than there is, but I'm still surprised to see anything evolving at all considering the limited wear it's had.

(If my closet wasn't already overflowing with jackets, several even unworn, I'd be getting one for sure. So many great IH jackets.......).

Is it possible to see the fit of jacket on a person that is about 180cm tall and roughly 80kg?

If so, what size would you like to see what staff member try? If we have one in stock, we can oblige.

A Large is definitely the size I'd go for in this for wearing over a t-shirt or lighter underlayer like a thermal, really hope these help 📸
