Keeping the dream alive!

Taken before it's first wash.

Moving right along. I love how the back of the forearms are showing the texture of this denim.

I'm not worthy of this thread, but I'm leaving this here anyway!

And so it begins...

The lighting on these makes it look like there's a whole lot more happening than there is, but I'm still surprised to see anything evolving at all considering the limited wear it's had.

I decided to go out on a limb (for me) and try a white shirt. Contrary to the photos I've seen, including mine here, it's not a pure, blinding white. It's got a warm, creamy tint. I have no hope of keeping this pristine and clean. I intend to let it show some wear, but will probably wash it more than I would an indigo dyed shirt. Should be interesting.

18V and 19L in the morning sun.

Three more cheers for @Clint_D! Always smooth and easy!
I'd love to see more vests like the IHV-02. 21oz would be incredible, but I know heavy ounce production is a real challenge, especially for what I suspect is a lower interest item. 14oz would still be great though. Maybe even whipcord or a herringbone fabric...
Does anyone have a UES body bag (love that name
)? If so, how do you like it? I'm torn between one of these UES bags or an Iron Heart waist bag.

More kudos for @Bums_Fan Great experience!
Getting some wear on this again.

Soooo, how about the denim? From the photos it looks like 18oz vintage with more slub and even more cross hatching. Maybe a bit more weft showing on the face.

Not dumb at all IMO. It won't ruin the denim or the fades, but I don't know how much it will tame any crocking. I did a blazing hot hand soak of my pair before wearing to squeeze out some shrink, and they still leave indigo in the usual places, shoes, hem of shirts, jackets, etc. They still evolve just fine after some wear.
