Basically they assign you a date and then a few days prior to the appointment you get a notification and then you ship them in, I usually just dm them on instagram and they send me all the info there to fill out

@UH I believe our Wesco Custom Boss is the same model as the Derrell at Ship John. No idea where the name Derrell comes from. But both are Boss boots.
