Recently purchased a bracelet from a company in Amsterdam called Pig and Hen,turned out the bracelet was too big,but in order to exchange it I only needed to send it back to Brooklyn. I thought they must keep inventory in Bklyn,but my exchange arrived a few days later from Amsterdam. I have to say it was very convenient.

@Jett129 I had a similar experience. Bought a few things from Vollebak that needed to be exchanged for a different size. I shipped to Brooklyn, but package arrived in the UK a few days later. Very easy for me, not sure how much$ it cost the company as the return/exchange label came in the shipment.

If you'd like a north American hub for returns/shipping I work for a 3PL and could get you in contact with someone. We operate in Chicago, throughout Ohio, Georgia and Indiana atm

Thank you - I think at the moment our solution is the best compromise, but we may investigate this option in the future.
