Good sourdough doesn’t need any help but an egg, cheddar, and some ranch dressing doesn’t hurt.

A few days ago I got this from my amazing local bakery, which provided the above sourdough. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich with pickled red onion and a great aioli. The pickled onion cut through the richness of all the other ingredients. I’ll be stealing this idea.

As wonderful as that sandwich is, it has competition.
