Dog walk post physical therapy appointment , it went great. Long story short ish , Broke my arm back in march(moshing). It didn’t heal at all in cast for few months, bone outta place grinding anytime moved arm. finally got surgery(6 screws and a plate) end of July and in month or so I’ll be back to . Also Getting my hands tattooed in few hours. Pretty sick Friday . Happy Friday/weekend everyone
