@Giles has there been a common flavor profile in these ciders? Also, do you have a preferred flavor profile? Thinking dryness/sweetness, effervescence, funkiness, etc. also curious about the gravity; guessing these have some body to them.
When I get off the water wagon in a couple of months I’m going to drink lots of cider.
I like them dry and sometimes funky, sometimes effervescent personally.

UK cider drinker here, would love some recommendations (outside of supermarket stuff). Very impressed @Giles on your ciderography.
