Not too fizzy and all pretty clean and dry. None of the regular restaurant ones are that strong (maybe 4.5%), but the one we bought from Tabac (and made out the back), packed a punch. Nothing too funky yet either....

@Niney Biddenden cider. Made near where I grew up and sold at the pub I went to from age 16 on, I've got very fond memories of it.
