Was actually pretty tame by these trips standards. I think having two children under 2.5 has broken him, he’s just making the most of the last quiet hour

@goosehd sauerkraut is extremely important to maintain adequate levels of vitamin c supply, especially during periods of extended travel!

@Tago-Mago In Ireland in the 1970’s an aunt of mine was diagnosed as having an iron deficiency during pregnancy and was advised by her hospital to drink a bottle of Guinness a day. Seemed to do the trick.
