thanks @Ross . anyone have opinions either way on a jacket without handwarmers? do you miss them? on the fence about this one because of this, as i usually like to have somewhere to put my hands. but also never had a jacket without them so i don't have a good frame of reference

@akohut I’ve been wearing the sample and I don’t really notice it. One you get used to them not being there, I just use my jeans pockets.

Same boat, I wear my type II's and III's with no hand warmers, don't really miss them..... But then, I carry so much shite, I normally have a shoulder bag of sorts with me anyway....

@AdamJ is there any utility to the front pocket? looks substantially larger than the front pockets on a type 3, but do you think it would it fit a phone for example?

They are substantially larger on TI's and TII's v TIII's. I can easily get by IP15 in the pocket width wise, but cant close the flap - dangerous if you lean over water.....

what does that mean for timeline @Alex ? relatively new so just wondering

from my understanding:

ETA is when the factory thinks it will be ready. then from factory to japan to UK, where you measure and put on the website. and it's like a week from japan to being on the website usually, or is it more than that?

They should be in the UK within 7-10 days from now, then we have to work out when we can launch. Can't do that until we have the delivery in the UK, and that's when we will publish a launch date
