Just a quick update: The jacket was mailed to @DeeDee85 on Friday of last week using UPS. Currently it’s setting in a warehouse in the US pending resolution or clearance. Not sure what that means and it’s been there since the 8th….

I will continue to follow the progress until it safely lands in his hands.

Checking on the package this morning and it still has not moved from the warehouse location in the states. I have sent an inquiry to UPS to try and shake it loose and get it moving again in the system. When I sent it, the initial delivery date was supposed to be on the 10th.

If the customs declaration was filled out incorrectly or is suspicious, then they will be asking for more info....

@Giles Curious how do they initiate contact? They have all of my info: email, phone, physical address. Haven’t heard anything nor have I heard from my email inquiry.

Also, if it’s Canada to the UK, why would it be held up in the US (Louisville, KY - main US hub)?

Do I phone them or keep waiting patiently (slightly impatiently)?
