Noticed some bar tacks near the fastener pieces in my new pair. I don’t see these in any of the photos from the initial run. Was that a tweak from earlier discussions about the waist closure puckering?

Or perhaps a relaxed fit 9oz version (still button closure)

This fabric gets a lot better, addictive even, after about 30 wears. Little softer and fuzzier.

@Fabijan No, I took a size up in these compared to the 888S-21. So I was a 34 in 888S-21 and took tag 35 in these chinos. (Remember, denim stretches more than chino cloth.)

Always compare the most up to date size charts. The IH Crew update these every batch that comes in, and there might be slight variation between batches.
