Had the best Flat White ever this morning at Coffee Nerd in Heidelberg. A very nice Friedhats light espresso roast.. Beautifully balanced extraction through a Mavam Super Auto… And the sourdough bread with it.. Oh man, this was a pleasant surprise!

If only we could post smells! Just opened a pack of El Jaragual and they’re not lying about the strawberries – got a big hit when grinding and it’s still there in the final brew. Worth grabbing if you can.
