@T4920 it’s so funny you ask that…one of the questions they asked me in the first round was, “what is a non negotiable for you in a teaching role?”
The first thing that popped into my head was, I have to be able to wear my denims!
I was able to phrase it a bit more philosophically and came back with, “Not being myself is a non negotiable. If I can’t be myself then I can’t be the best teacher possible…” while under my breath “double to triple denims all week long!”
