If it helps, just think of it as you doing your small part with helping to remove gender stereotypes and making that other person feel that much more comfortable to be their true and authentic self. This reminds me of a post from a year or so ago where somebody requested a photo of a 'muscular, masculine model' wearing an IH shoulder bag so he could prove to his brother in law that it wasn't a purse...

I'd previously been eyeing up the same bag, and bought it that day, partially for the reason you stated!

First comment I had when I wore it to work was from my boss... 'Is that a purse, Tom!?

Fwiw, my AA looks just like the product pics and the pic above with the his initials right side up when oriented that direction. Might be worth an email to them for both, but especially the one missing it.

when I look at my one , I think the one who assembled it just made a mistake. He mixed the right and left side of the clasp mechanism arms.
and on the one from my wife it’s just been forgotten ‍️

yes of course they are absolutely beautiful and awesome jewelry.
and they are not cheap , and that’s the point if you ask me.
it’s not a big thing , but it’s something I‘am not 100% happy with to be honest.
I spend lots of money because I want that perfect craftsmanship and quality.
same with denim , that’s why I buy Iron Heart and not Levi’s made in Bangladesh

Cost aside, and I do agree by the way, but with how protective JW seems about his stuff and wanting to prevent counterfeits and really driving things to perfection he'd probably want to know if nothing else.

@Daniel-San I get that and I'm the same I personally would reach out to gah and see what they have to say about it. At the end of the day you want to be happy with your purchase. Hope everything gets resolved for you.

@Daniel-San sorry to see this. I actually think you may be best contacting GAH directly to start with, as we have no stock to replace it with nor the wherewithal to repair it. Of course, we could take it back for a refund but I assume your preference is to get it correct.
