Got dumped on again for the second time in as many weeks, 8” or more each time of concrete.

Time for some snow removal. I’m going to wear some new Chelsea boots made from waxed suede from CF the same way I’d normally wear Sorel clodhopper boots for the chore.

Accidental crotch shot with the zoom on 5x instead of 1x. I’m including it cos it kind of looks cool.

They shed snow, but I left what snow sit on them sit there and melt, then run off and evaporate. @Mizmazzle you're gonna be super stoked.

Cleared this and the back deck and they worked great as straight up snow boots.

Shout out to Ridgeway outsoles too. Very grippy in the snow but they shed it and don’t bring much inside.

@Matt there is a really horrible tradition in Manchester for throwing pints up in the air. Very much rooted in the Madchester / Oasis / drench-your-brethren-in-a-plastic-pint-of-your-p*ss school.

Local press have referred to it as “aggressively happy”. I would call it something completely different….!

@long_john86 yup! New boots always helps. My Morrisons fit like a dream and are custom fit. Been meaning to queue up another set of custom wescos but damnit, that wait time. Could be a good plan to order and forget em and then be stoked in a couple years!! I’ll probably need orthotics by then.

Thanks man. Birthday isn’t until end of March hahah. But found this last pair anywhere available on the World Wide Web in my size and jumped on em. Feel like my birthday gifts come earlier every year before my birthday these days haha. Come end of March it’s just cake and ice cream.
