@ARNC yes pretty cold, and @dinobarnesberlin Arcteryx is topnotch for outdoors. Absolutely windproof. This one is medium in warmth, but it was cosy with an IH flannel and a Dehen cardigan under it.

@endo Heard they were great against the wind, and sometimes...at least for me...if I can block the wind out..I will stay fairly warm.
I can handle cold temps...rain..snow...but if the wind is howling--im miserable.
