This is a cool idea.

We actually just received a large order of belts where around 70% of the belts were damaged in small places due to inadequate packaging from the factory. We have been sent new leather and have been reapplying the hardware to the new leather at IHUK, and obviously, we have a lot of the leather left over. We have been kicking around ideas for what to use it for, key fobs were the front runner but there will be more, of course. There may also be a strip of leather you are happy with for your belt, so if so drop an email to shop@ironheart.co.uk and we can take a look next week

@Alex why are there no UHR 21/23 oz bibs? or are there?

I'm sort of inclined to think UHR is a bit of a rarer fabric, so it'd make sense that they'd focus it to jeans only, but I could be wrong. That said, given the level of ease for fading UHR, I think bibs would rule. My 21oz are rad but I don't wear them a whole ton, so they really don't have much character going on. It'll be a glacial crawl.

Inspired by a recent discovery in a box of family photos (possibly my grandad’s, but nobody knows for sure), enamel boutonnières with IH designs might be fun. If you look at the front upside down it’s already halfway to the IH bell

@Alex - what about the oiled whipcord N1 deck jacket in khaki? You have done it in black and love, what about khaki?

@jordanscollected that 17oz duck western CPO does look great and I see you wearing it often in your posts which has me wanting similar but in the actual shirt (no pockets and slightly shorter); this would make for a great western shirt to break up all the blues and blacks in the rotation imo.
