Temps are dropping in Bend and pulled out the serious stuff this morning. 21°F (-6°C for the rest of the world), and a clear sky full of stars when I awoke. My pup begging me for a walk and I noticed my weather station said no snow. Admittedly, I have rarely been too hot in my entire life. There was that day in July 1986 in Bisbee that comes to mind. I digress. This morning, I pulled out the N1, wool hat and winter gloves, over IH 666 21oz, wool socks and Grant Stone Field boots. Wearing a cotton t-shirt and Patagonia sweater. First time that the N1 has been out this year. Just love this jacket/coat.

Back in the U.K. from our vacation. I think the dog missed Mrs H more than me, she’s getting groceries and he is anxiously awaiting her return. Good to be back in some nice heavy clothes (though the duck jeans were surprisingly wearable in Dubai).
