Got a 6-week dry aged lump of sirloin from the butcher today, tried out the air fryer to reverse sear to 130’ internal, then flash fried in a very hot pan with butter. Served with Chimichurri, parmentier potatoes, watercress, with some homemade bread (also done in the AF) and balsamic/EVO. Lovely!

Its just when I need something sweet---the marmalade does the trick.
been trying to lay off the sweeties for the last two months.
its hard when there is a birthday almost every other week at work and people bring in cake, candy you name it.
this is light-easy-simple--and takes care of my sweet tooth.
