Wabbidashery… aka, The Heritage Heaven Tour

This is my fourth Tour and I asked myself … why am I doing this to myself again? There is a simple answer: I still enjoy the forum, the people and the friendly atmosphere!

What drew me in here?
-Two Patagonia shirts I bought in the early 90‘ and then disappeared ten years later.
-Two selvedge Edwin jeans made in Japan, received as a gift from my cousin in the mid 90‘. One of them still existing.
-When I found out about Lightning and an addicted Japanese scene with passion for handmade things.
…
Hopefully I can find the time to tell some of this storylines.

Tour jacket paired today my first IH shirt, the IHSH-13.
Bought, because this lost Patagonia shirts where always in my mind and this 10oz selvedge chambray was the first matching a decade later.

IHSH-23 the lightweight version of the 299.

Is it just a passion? Looks like two lost shirts developed something .

@Aetas did you have one of these before getting the tour jacket, or did you grab another to pre-emptively fill the inevitable void they'll be in your soul when you have to move it on to the next participant?

When the idea of a new World Tour came up in the Triangle of Terror Tour in April 23 it was a no brainer, to buy this IHJ-120 and keep it unworn and hidden till the beginning of my leg.
It was always painful, to send the od Lefty and the Mad Red away after my legs .

Inspecting the collar this sentence popped up:

“ENJOY THE FREEDOM WITH THESE CAN BE WORN”

The loop hanger works perfectly. Wish we’ll have more items with this. But Haraki dislikes them for shirts…

On my way to work.

Working as a teacher needs a refuge place sometimes. Here is ours.
Named ‚CaveDigitale‘ with the key role as a media café. Stuffed with technical equipment to play and softdrinks, it is well-visited.

Brewing with a Moccamaster and on the right our color matching Zwitscherbox. Nowadays I prefer the Junglebox…

Temperatures dropped, so we had to bring the plants into the orangery inside. Last harvest of lemons. Highest yield ever … but why? We’ve not changed the fertiliser for years .

There was a time we had to drive 800 km south into Italy, to see the first lemon trees!?

Chore coats ease the burden of household and family chores!
