Having a birthday party for my youngest today...8 eight year old girls, tons of sugar, and I'm getting the hell out of dodge to go mountain biking for the day. I love being a dad, but I have my limits...pics to follow.

May just find a quiet spot in the woods under a tree and take a nap for an hour or three...

Got out for a fall ride today and didn’t realize there was a couple hundred people on the trails on a trail running race. Got a few serene moments in between “oh my god horses!” Over and over again.
