@Oaktavia Not only are crushing it with breaking in /fading this shirt,but I’m absolutely loving your documentary photography. You,being an artist,have a really cool/natural sense of composition that you just can’t teach. I don’t get the sense that you do any other recreational sort of photography.

@Oaktavia lol this is the eternal struggle, regarding washing. And the photos are great, the lighting really makes the depth of color pop

Another thing I like about this CPO is that the inside of the cuff is a liner and not a double thick denim. Idk if that would be necessary on my 16oz, but good call on a 19oz.
Also to note, idk if it’s the lighting, but the weft doesn’t look quite black? Whatever is going on, it’s making for a great hue on the exterior.

The weft looks like a dark blue/black in person. Definitely darker than the warp though.

My lovely wife survived a smell test for this shirt this evening after we got home from work. I asked her if it was time for a wash and she nodded. Said it was musty stinky man smell. That's enough for me y'all. Into the wash it went and it's drip drying as I type.

Big Skynrd fan here. Fun fact: I recently found one of their LPs in a horse stable under some leaves at my MIL's house. Still works. Apparently it belonged to some ex-roomates of hers. Strange world.

@dinobarnesberlin I told my wife to just leave it there but she persisted. Had to dust the thang off but it plays. There was another one that was warped that I melted in the oven to make into a stash bowl.

Post wash number one. I soaked this beast before throwing it in the washer but still ended up with slight marbling. I like it though!
