And so it begins.. happy to kick it off after some time! @neph93 i hope you’re doing well my man!
This chore coat already had a great journey.. but so is life.. life is a journey.. we can go back and forth about it all but let’s just start at where my passion for IH begun. It was august 2022 and i received a slubby denim 16oz not much later a 12oz denim shirt, 264-pur, UHR, XHSbb, XHS, XHSib, XHSmb, XHSib, 14oz br(od) so i went out of control, don’t forget the leather jackets, and so on.. but it was a time where i rediscovered myself again in my teens i was all about raw denim, especially Nudie and then high school hit me, girlfriends and just life i was lost in the world of high fashion, i lost my own id, street brands became important and i payed a lot of money for just bullshit quality. After my second daughter was born i was a little time lost.. who am i? I didn’t knew i got all sorte of warnings but i kept on going till the moment my head and body said: no man! So i went to a psychiatrist and a coach! The first one didn’t really worked for me but the coach?? Man i’m still thankful for that woman who made me see that being me is just enough! That was around the same time i went back into the denim world! The forum, this lovely people and the place you let me take was amazing! So I’m thankful for that and I appreciate it still till this day! Recently i’m not that active on the forum and my intrest denim-wise went into another direction(still own IH) but more on that later! For now i’m gonna rock this chore coat for the next comming days.. and tell you stories about me, life, denim, friendship, family and so on! There’s more in life then denim, but without denim no life! Peace out!

Howdy all! This is me on my way to work around 8 o’clock in the morning! Recently i started working out i start around 06:30 in the morning, shower, breakfast and then of to work. And although it’s 30 degrees(celcius) i wanna pull off this wabash chore! I don’t wanna miss a day of this journey!
First of all thanks to all the peeps who loved my first post, and like i’ve said in that post i wanted to talk about a few things.. let’s start with the peeps i’ve met here! Thanks to @Oaktavia for guiding me since the very start, you’re a true IH legend! @Kasi for being helpful and straightforward with being the best version of you! @Daniel-San for our long talks, chats and great deals you’ve granted me and my buddy @Mizmazzle you’re a sweet dude and i like our talks! This forum give me a great joy, pleasure and some wonderful talks wich i’m really thankful for!
This forum, the people, the brand really helped me rediscover myself, this isn’t a show-off brand it’s just a brand wich connects people and create a strongly common bond.
Although i moved to some other brands these last few weeks(dont worry still have IH in the closet) no other brand has such a strong forum as IH does. I’m glad i can be part of this journey!
But let’s zoom back and tell me what’s your experience with the brand, how did you came into IH? And wich friendships were born on this very place?

Let me start to say i never owned a chore coat and i’m really pleased with it! I thought a chore would never be my style and this was a good way to try and to bring something wonderful to this heaven tour! I think my wabash work shirt is still my most favorite IH shirt so far.
I work at Nespresso’s and today i had to give a masterclass about the beautiful world of coffee, for me combine denim and coffee is the best combo i even got my line manager this far he let me wear(fade) my denim during work hours so that make me a happy man!
But there’s more into Jeffrey, i’m a music man and a family man.. i’m a huge fan of Bob Dylan! I already zoomed in to some of my mental health thingys a while back and for real Mr. Dylan his music calms
me down and gives me the feeling we’re not the only ones with our issues. Especially ‘if you see her say hello’ hits me every time and brings me back to the time my ex and i splitted up.. then my eldest daughter was only 6 months and that was the most darkest part of my life. Nowadays i’m a proud father of 2 daughters and I’m happily engaged to my wonderful fiancé Yurena. She’s half Spanish and the love of my life.. that’s brings me back to the way of living. Denim became a part of my body literally it’s a way of living, loving wanna know every detail and the ins and out about every IH piece or for me atm all the Japanese made denims. If been away for a while but I appreciate how some of you try to suck me back in and i really appreciate that about this place! Thanks to you all -
