Hemmed these at 8" which for my style is perfect. This denim sure is beautiful, I think I picked a great one for short shorts. I love the tonal arcs and navy stitching. I asked the crew to use turqouise bobbin thread for my cuff and I think it turned out awesome. Same thread as the Pronto colllab a few years back. Plus I have plenty of extra fabric leftover!

They are totally killer! Better than I imagined and I had totally high hopes. These will not be my first pair. The hemming really makes 'em pop.

14oz in this cut feels pretty nice and casual when it's hot. I thought about 25oz and even 21oz but thought shorts would be better lighter...but I still think about XHSib shorts a bit longer maybe 10" inseam.

@AdamC Your competition with @AdamJ and @Giles got me interested in the ii! So glad you guys started that because I wouldn't have came up with the idea. Thinking about the OD broken twill as jorts too but I also want to focus just on these, like y'all are with your long iis.
