If I recall correctly, you have a friend that’s helping you to bring it back?
Have you guys planned out the trip? Stops, ports, anchorages?

We do, Dieter who actually knows what to do. Between Mahon and Menorca, we will have @Madame-Buttonfly and me, Dieter and Chris, the UK Sasga broker. Chris sells us the boat in Gibraltar and then he gets off, to be replaced by Paula's sister Lisa and Bill her husband. Bill was in the Royal Navy in his youth and has fond memories of sailing back from Gibraltar to Portsmouth via the Bay of Biscay, so this is down memory laner for him (we'll make him helm the boat into Portsmouth). At some point @Alex will come and intercept us, probably somewhere in Portugal and stay for as long as he can, but he has to go to Japan in June, so he is time limited.....

We have a rough itinerary planned, but the weather and the sea-state will dictate what we actually do....

Not planned, but the boat yard may do something

Maybe something like this (from the web):
In China and Japan the christening and launching of the ship are also the birth of the ship. This is represented by a taut line between ship and shore, which is torn when launched. Symbolically, this is intended to represent the umbilical cord and thus the birth of the ship. If this connection is broken, a paper ball bursts, from which garlands and balloons rise.

Do some UHFs fade more dramatically than others? I ask because I think I read somewhere on here that the Cookie Monster/IHSH-20 fades "fast" compared to other models?

I think its color is just so electric that the fading is more noticeable. I haven’t noticed the 20 fading any more quickly than my other uhfs, personally. But I’m not terribly observant

@sabergirl That makes sense, I'm over thinking again anyway. I was reading through the IHSH-20 thread and saw your posts. Grey one is killer! On my wishful radar. Trifecta l would be a dream.

I hope people don't get sick of my sizing questions. I bought my first IH shirt less than a month ago and I am eyeing up my second one. I would like to get a 5.5oz Selvedge Chambray Short Sleeved Work Shirt - Indigo Overdyed Black. Most of my shirts are medium, which held true for my first IH shirt. My measurements are p2p of 21.5 and waist of 20.5. My issue is the medium shows measurements of p2p = 20.9 and waist of 20.4 while the large shows p2p = 21.5 and waist of 21. The waist is almost perfect for the medium and the P2P is perfect for the large. Any idea which I should go with?
