I've just realised I have 3x $50 reward vouchers on my IH account! Should I have been notified I'd been given these via email, as I don't remember ever being made aware of them.

Also, are they stackable? Or will I have to use them on 3 seperate orders?

@T4920 Yes, emails were sent to everyone that earned reward vouchers. Have you perhaps unsubscribed to our mailing list? I can see that your profile has not been sent an email since late 2022...

Has anyone else in the UK had recent experience importing from Switzerland? My parcel (with an IH shirt in it) was last tracked as 'leaving' Switzerland on 18 March and hasn't updated since. I expect it is stuck in UK customs while they decide how much tax I'll need to pay, but I'm wondering how long it all might take to actually get to me?

@Alex When/who stamps the patches? Always assumed it was Japan prior to shipment, but I really don’t know.
