But it will fade to grey, just with lower contrast. It is not a superblack denim

Just a request for the difference between SBG and BB Denim.  It sounds very similar to the SBG but what makes it different?  Thanks for the answers, quite a unique denim that has caught my eye

For starters it’s 25OZ,if you look at the description of how both fabrics,warp and weft,are dyed you’ll find another difference.(Too lazy to type it out)I’m not sure but I don’t think this will have the twisted weft of the 21OZ denim.

That why it not 555 sbg, even though brought them twice before, brought another one third pair with the mamba patch.
Different kind of black it will be probably slow grey or something
But these gonna be insane, not far off now

As far as I know there aren’t any samples being thrashed outside of Japan and maybe not there either. So no, not really.

The best clue is in the first post of this thread. A gentle fade to grey. Factor in the 25oz which is ever so slightly slubby and prone to vertical fading and it should be interesting.

If it still says that on the schedule then that is still the best guess available. Giles said as much yesterday on another thread. He also said no shipments from Japan scheduled right now so nothing will arrive for the next 10 days at least.
