@Giles what are the capabilities of that workshop? They are sewing flannels and cargos, but what else do they do there? can they handle 25 oz.? do they t-shirts there too?

This workshop just does shirts…....

Their capacity is 25,000 per year, we are putting a mere 20,000 through them.  Part of the discussion today, is how to fix that
