Ojo Optique in Santa Fe had an Anita in the Heather colorway. I’d been hemming and hawing on Dealan in Cameo for my wife from JMM direct, and I think this similar option option worked out well for a Mother’s Day present for her.

Thanks gents re: my wife’s new shades. I wasn’t sure she dug em at first but she loves em, particularly the heft and solidity of them.

To add to the confusion, @Giles , they do source Italian alteliers for the frames as well as the primary Japanese ones. At least, they have.

I do love the cases but prefer the fancier magnetic clasp one that came with my wife’s. I’ve held off on oiling it but am keen to do so and see how the leather comes out.

I think I may have a chance to meet the man if I’m understanding a forthcoming event in denver correctly. I’ll try to limit my fawning.
