What material is the sateen lining made of? Do you have any idea if it will let water vapour escape? I'm asking because the sateen sleeves of the IHJ-88 (white windbreaker) seem to prevent all water vapour from escaping.
Also, does this one have an inside pocket? A pic of the inside would be nice, but I'm assuming that's coming soon.

I didn't receive the second Covid stimulus check ($600) from the US government last year. I informed them this past spring and the money came yesterday. It's amazing how they knew the exact price and release date for this jacket.

It’s not very warm. Comparable to the IHW-01, slightly warmer than the IHJ-12 windbreaker, less than the N1, and significantly less than the IHW-13. It’s more of a spring or fall weight jacket most suited for temperatures between 5 and 15 deg, depending on what you wear under it.
