Lights look like they are the perfect height to get caught under your chin as you pass through the door [emoji6].
For various reasons the room on the other side of those doors is housing a shit load of surplus fishing equipment, the doors cant even be opened at the moment ….

I got busted one time…I had been out and found a sale (not a very good one), but...purchased two rods and reels for doing deep lake fishing. Put them in the garage and kinda forgot about it. One day Laura was looking for something in the garage and stumbled across them. Got into a little trouble, but not too bad...so I guess not really surplus, but stock that I haven't used yet.

concerning relatives…Every few years it would seem like we were celebrating Festivus and the "Airing of Grievances" instead of Christmas.

Have you watched National Lampoon’s Christmas with Chevy Chase? I feel like Clark most of the time during the holidays. Trying to make everyone happy, things not quite working out how I thought it would, but at the end of it all it really wasn’t that bad.
…and thankfully the police don’t show up at the end and the sewer doesn’t explode.

We have cut our tree down every year. First time I didn’t have to saw.

@Oaktavia i am legitimately jealous of your Satanic/Ravens tree. I have plenty of Ravens ornaments but I’m a believer that ornaments should be gifts from others and no matter how many hints I put out no one will give me any dark arts Xmas fare. You might be the only one who gets me and our Baltimore bromance was never meant to be.
