It's a workshirt with snaps, you work the rest out 

Basically, we have given up a never-ending battle to get the buttonholes super-crisp and faultless on our 12oz denim shirts, so we're going forward with snaps.

If you search the Johnny Cash threads (there have been three western iterations and two work shirt iterations), then you should find some well worn examples.

They don’t fade very much, but will age beautifully. The Johnny Cash shirts are treated with a reactive dye instead of a fugitive dye so they retain their blackness. The fabric and colour will naturally age but contrast fading doesn’t really happen, if that is what you are after.
