First of all, thanks for the feedback.
My inital comments would be that your screen looks to be displaying things quite small. What device and browser are you using. Here is what my screen looks like at 100% resolution on a 13" MacBook Pro
and yours for comparison:
Assuming you are on a mac, try holding CMD and pressing 0 to reset the resolution to scale. If you are on a windows computer, hold the windows button and press 0.
Let me know if that changes anything for you

Glitch…some of the filters aren't working.
From the home page, then shop, then shirts, I get to a page with all the shirts. When I filter by categories (i.e. CPO, Denim and Chambray, Flannels, etc.), the page does not populate with the category selected rather it populates with everything. That's 48 pages and 1429 items.
I have only tried this with shirts.
Note: there is another filter on the left column with the header of "shirt type". That seems to be working fine.

I dig the new look, great job IHUK! I'm not able to get anything to compare though, I pick items to compare and the go to the comparison page and it says there are no items selected. Then if I do a search for items I get a 404 error code…really excited to get to the new check out though whenever it happens!

Compare works for me. You doing this….

The search thing is a known fuck-up.
Sorry.

The new look is awesome. Here are some things I've noticed from using the website on desktop and mobile:
I'm still not seeing the number of items in stock when viewing products.
I'm not able to click on a product image for a closer view. Sometimes if I click on an image the page reloads with some of the images overlaying on the text. This happens similarly on both mobile and desktop.
When browsing products on mobile it's hard to tell what I'm looking at because the the model number is not shown, only the first line of text about the product.

Thanks for your feedback @Palmer . I'm sorry you are having these problems, we are steadily working through some really irritating bugs.
And sorry in general that we have had so many glitches…
The lot number issue Palmer mentions is interesting. I noticed it during QC but before I could write it up it resolved itself. It is still fine on my iPhone XR. Is there a chance some things remain unresolved on the US mirror?

It’s no problem at all! Just wanted to let you guys know. I know that the site is gonna be awesome once you’re able to get the bugs hammered out.

I see this place as in house free beta testing, instead of a friendly kick in the butt after a public release. I’d rather it be that we “the forum” are released onto the new platform first, to perform our well established routines and report any problems that we see doing what we do. That way each person can provide their individual perspective on how the new site works for them, which is the whole idea anyway, before things are released to less interactive, less informed customers. That’s what I did, I reported the flaws I saw doing what I normally do on the site. I only use a fraction of the site, and other members probably use the site in completely different ways. If we are allowed to test it out first, it doesn’t have to have this unfortunate rough draft transparency. Looking at my comments in this page, since they were not followed by several other first hand reports, it seemed like an after the fact tarnishing of the release rather than a practical reporting of the user experience. That was not my intention. I actually have lots to say about user interface, but it’s not relevant once the site is permanently updated.

So more about the comparison feature, one of my personal favorites. When I am comparing different cuts I can only see the first few words which ends up cutting off the actual model number I am comparing. I tried posting a screenshot but didn't seem to want to work. @Giles pick 3 pair jeans in the same denim but in different cuts and i think you will see what I mean…
None of this is meant to be complaining BTW, just beta feedback. More than confident all these issues will be resolved sooner than later!! Cheers!
