I could live here. More than any resort I’ve visited in Mexico, the local people are integrated into the resort. It doesn’t feel like a playground for foreigners isolated from the residents of the city. Great art, people, food, vibes, and views.

Cheers @Giles ,,,,been tough but its not gonna get me.Best consultants and nurses are helping me all the way.Lost so much weight that all my fave jeans no longer fit.Was a 34/35 waist,,,,now im dabbling with 31/32 waist…..may sell em,,,may keep em,,we shall see

Mom wanted me to make her one of those fancy craft trees. I couldn't find any tree branches with the right kind of density I wanted… So I made her one out of poison ivy lmao
Looks pretty nice I think. I treated it with spray paint, then bitter cherry spray so the cats won't eat it.

Paula and I have just registered to sponsor Ukrainian refugees. We are unclear as to how it will work, but we want to offer a roof for my friend Vlad, his wife Helen and their cat Sebastian who fled Kharkov (Kharkiv) 3 weeks ago. To my eternal shame, he had to ask me if I would do it, I should have beaten him to it.
They lived in a cellar for a week in Kharkov and have now managed to get to the west of the country. I cant imagine the desperation of people who have fled with nothing and have to reach out like this for help.
I am sure what will ensue will be a nightmare of Byzantian red tape and crap. But I feel good about trying to do something about it (albeit it, having to be kicked up the arse)….
