Weird–I like it!

I've been wanting to try a mezcal negroni but I love it so much neat I almost feel sacrilegious mixing it. But it makes hella sense so I will try it one day.

Mezcal Negronis are a’ight, but if I’m mixing mezcal it’s into a margarita. Vast improvement on the original, IMO.

You can also make a marg with tequila and then do a mezcal float.

But, why waste the carbs and strain my liver if I love the stuff neat? That is part of my struggle to expand my horizons as well.

Rey Campero Jabalí is excellent, but La Venenosa Sierra del Tigre raicilla is one of the weirdest, most interesting spirits I’ve ever had. So cheesy and lactic on the nose. What a wild ride! Truly one of my favorite potations of all time.

This brand hasn’t missed yet. This one has some wet cement, grass, and dirt going on. Fantastic! This cactus takes 25-35 years to mature so it develops some complex sugars that yield wonderful flavor.
