I would need some inspiration for shoe/boot storage. How do you store your boots and shoes? I have tons of them and currently store them in a build in closet but am moving into a new apartment with a walk in closet and looking for a good way to store my and the Mrs. shoes.
            Any ideas/recommendations?

The only thing I would recommend is shoe trees. Other than that I can’t comment. My space Just gets smaller and smaller as my kids get bigger!

Thanks, yes shoe trees is a must for me. It’s more about furniture etc to store them.

If you have underfloor heating you will need to raise them off the floor.

I do Neph, good advice. I currently tend to get a closet and some shelves and place the shoes there. I should have sticked to sneakers, engineers take up too much space  😃 😢

IKEA do a good shoe storage system that O find suitable for my Engineers. It’s part of the PAX system. Granted, they take up a lot a space but this helps a lot.

Oh I didn’t know. We have closets from IKEA (Pax) without doors to achieve the walk in closet style. I have to look for these then. Thanks!

The shirt on the bottom is from Soso Bros.and as you can see the sleeves were attached incorrectly. They’re making me a new shirt, but I’m in a quandary as to what to do with this one. Have the sleeves reattached correctly,is that even doable? Take the sleeves off make a vest. Suggestions?

So the left sleeve was attached to the right arm hole and visa versa?  If so, yes, a tailor should be able to take them off and reattach….

I kind of thought that they just attached the sleeve backwards or rotated it. Can’t believe it wasn’t caught in QC.  How would you know if they switched the sleeves?

Just try and imagine how the sleeve would look if it was sewn into the other armhole.  I'm sure that is what has happened…...

Yeah, G I think is spot-on. If both sleeves are fekked, they were simply attached to the wrong arm holes, which is resolvable via tailoring. If one sleeve is fekked, then they attached the wrong sleeve to one side and repair is a bit more difficult because the sleeve would have to be rebuilt.

At least that's what I'm assuming–I've never made a shirt so I could be off.

                                          Think it, be it.
