Do you think black/black jeans look better with or without a cuff?
I know this is a deeply personal question but I'd like to hear everyone's opinion.

I rarely cuff anyway and certainly can’t recall having cuffed black jeans so take the following with a pinch of salt… I’d say no cuff because the reverse will be very similar to the face of the fabric, so I fail to see the point.

I don't cuff much, but black on black does look good cuffed imo. The selvedge really pops

Considering giving the 805s there first wash soon as they're looking a bit grubby. I've got my excellent BoB patch on there which has a white background. Am I right in thinking removing the patch and re-attaching is the best way to avoid turning it blue, or will it be fine/any clever tricks?

@LewisStonehouse I've been thinking about this all morning and while I'll admit this is completely speculation… I'd say that IH 21oz denim is the most colorfast denim I've seen and I would wager to say that the patch would be fine. Also I think a chemical reaction is required to bond the dye with the fibers... So I think it would be okay. Worst case you might get a yellowish green tint in the water. But I don't think that it would be noticable. Even so, you could always remove the patch and rewash it if necessary.

I bought a pair of jeans from IHUK a few weeks ago but didn't have them hemmed at the time. I now want to get them hemmed, do they still qualify for free hemming, if so do i just buy the postage and make a note of hem length required?

Thank you @Giles

I guess that one is a little pricey though. Oh well.
Just don’t have a ceremony and buy more expensive rings. Wish I had done that. Although my wife’s ring is 40x more expensive than mine so I guess she got the better part of that deal too.
Seriously though, there were some models on there under a grand that I would absolutely wear as a wedding ring. Go for it.

Good art makes really beautiful heirloom quality jewelry. That said, my wife and I got silver wedding bands at a street market in Mexico that were dirt cheap, and they’re very nice. I cherish the memory of buying them. Although we thought at the time that we would “upgrade” when we could afford it, there have always been way better things to spend money on. I figure for our tenth anniversary I might revisit the idea of something fancier.
You do wear your wedding band every day, so just make sure it’s something you love!

My wife and I found a local independent jeweler to make our wedding bands for us, went pretty simple with it. I love my good art ring, but I tend to lean towards super minimal when it comes to a wedding ring. I went with a plain single bevel ring and went platinum. I've hammered my ring over the last 7 years but I never take it off and it's super comfortable
