@Filthy You got the looks down. The chicken is indeed a little blonde, I usually fry chicken hat 375F. If you got the time try and make the sauce yourself, it is a little tedious but the result is mighty fine. I cant promise that the taste will be all the way panda but it will be good

As I am sure many of you guys are finding, lockdown is really starting to get to Kira and I. Not that I normally don a tux for Valentine’s Day, but we haven’t got dressed up for anything in a while so we decided to go all out at home

Lobster risotto. Duck, chicory and dauphinois potatoes. Chocolate fondant
