If it’s in your budget you might want to get a pair anyway,as I think you would really like the fit. I think they’re the slimmest of all the 555 iterations,you’re not likely to see any other 21OZ double indigo,and last but not least they’re crazy comfortable.

I own this double indigo and it will turn out very close to regular indigo version after fading .

I found IDXBK  more interesting !

If you wanted a contest pair why not SBG? I think that you will do good with SBG.

Making a post to memorialize day one of the Pronto XHS double indigo resurrection. After 2 hot soaks, 2 trips through the washer on the sanitary (hottest cycle), and 2 trips through the dryer… I got quite a bit of shrink in the waist. The waist is now tighter than my other pair, so I am happy. I starched and ironed the shit out of these to try and smooth and stiffen the denim as much as possible. There were also very heavy vertical creases up the sides next to the selvedge, so I had to pay careful attention to those and iron that out on the inside and out.

634XHSib and the Prontos are in the front.

The jeans are SKIN-TIGHT when I sit down. The rise is a full inch lower on these, but the yoke falls in about the same area because the top block is so form fitting. 

I am enjoying the texture and thickness of the denim from being washed and shrunk. It is perceived as being thicker than my XHSib pairs. But it doesn't have that silky suedey feel that they do, yet.

@Brock yeah, thanks for that. It will give me something to aspire to. Those are beautiful. I really like how blue and white the fades are on this denim.

I still have a little work to do to get those inside out vertical creases out of them. I have slightly smaller cuffs than per usual.

I find that the inside out vertical crease will dissipate with wear,maybe 7 days. Mine have just about 200 days on them and I need to get some pictures up,but they easily have another 200 wears in them as I’m not very hard on denim. They’re so comfortable.

Definitely comfortable, from what I remember i sold mine off went somewhere in the U.S…

I may start all over again with the second pair, but at the moment I bashing the XHS B/B
