What type of detergent do folks use for washing IH Shirts?
Shop detergent is fine. I wash them how I’d wash any clothes, that is what they are after all.
The only exception is indigo shirts on their first wash. They still get a regular detergent, machine wash, but they get soaked first.

@Max:
Do you think this can be fixed or should I dub the whole leather to make it even again?
Unless you particularly want to dub them, I would leave it alone for a bit and wear them a lot. Regular wear will make the change less obvious. Also, have you used the steel bristles on a proper suede brush on it? That may get rid of dried particles and restore some of the structure.

Thanks @neph93
I guess that's worth a try -

I picked up a pair of the Giesswein wool tops.
They are very soft in terms of structure. I wouldn’t describe them as high end but are well made and certainly do the job. Appreciate may not be to your taste but Would certainly get another pair when these die as they are very comfortable and regulate the temperature of my feet well.

Thanks everyone.

Big fan of wool socks. As a matter of fact its all ive worn for probably 20 years. Dress, sport, and boot. Was surfing the interwebs for a shirt and well, ordered my first wool shirt. Pendleton. 2x. Measurements “looked” ok so hoping it fits well. Excited to receive my 2nd major shirt. First being the Ciano Farmer custom selvedge.

DOH. Question:
Anyone have experience w Pendleton? Their Sizing? Suppose to be “classic fit” vs “tailored”I've owned Pendelton Board Shirts and their Canyon shirts in the past. They're pretty nice and the wool is definitely warm. The sizing has been pretty consistent for me. They tend to run quite large. For example, I wear 3XL or 4XL in Iron Heart and the Large Tall Pendleton shirts fit me.

My experience with Pendleton is similar to Palmers @mikebarhoot . I'm 6' 3 220 XL Long is about right for me.
Have a look at Duckworth Sawtooth very nice wool shirts
Their Snowcrest, a beautiful shirt I love, is 50% off now. -
any more details about this? I'm assuming it's a Japan only item?

Ordered a pair of 666S-21 which arrived on the 15/01 tag size 33, they have been hemmed to 33.5, they don't don't fit me as slightly too small in waist and thigh, they still have the labels on, what can I expect for a re sale price .
Many thanks
Scott.

Hi there. Firstly, the market has a large say in pricing, and it is up to the individual to decide what they want. If it was me I’d drop the price to around 10-15% off retail.
Secondly, are you sure they are too small? For many having a pair that are a little tight when new is the perfect starting point. All denim will stretch with wear and the 21oz actually stretches quite easily, often over an inch in the waist and up to half an inch in the thigh. If you are willing to endure a couple of days of discomfort you may find you have the perfect pair.
