Why haven’t I made Preserved lemons before?
Smash a bunch of cut lemons and a shit ton of salt in a jar and set it on the counter for a month. The resulting rind is pungent and has a perfect texture.First we made roasted broccoli.
Then I forgot to take pics of the BLT’s with oven dried tomatoes and Preserved lemon aioli.

@Chap It's a yakitori or Hibachi grill. Remember, you said the same thing about mine when I first posted pics of it ?
didn’t know that Yakitori is the same as Hibachi… but yours is more narrow right?
I think that Hibachi is the name of the grill, Yakitori is one of the things you cook on it. I call ours a Yakitori, probably incorrectly….
