The Masumi "Mansion of Dreams" is my favorite I've ever had. Also enjoyed the Otokayama Hiyaoroshi quite a bit. Natural yeast is involved there, giving it a barnyard character.
Intended to call the place, Fukumoto, a "great" (not "break") izakaya. Recommend it for any traveling to Austin. I believe all of their fish are from Tsukiji.

Have you tried an unfiltered sake? Very interesting stuff… we had a Daiginjo too today.

Back to Japan with @Madame Buttonfly in March. My mouth is already watering…....
One day I will ask you to take me with you.

I do like some unfiltered ones! I tend in all things to prefer dry to sweet but there have been notable exceptions with unfiltered sake.

Have all the fun fellas!
Then there's this:

I try to cook my favorite foods at home as eating out is no option anymore.
Also I make my own coffee for some months now and it was the best decision.

Made the dough last night. Just out of the oven. Lots of room for improvement, but the kids ate it all.

@Max Power with kitchen skills like yours who needs restaurants! That espresso machine is everything!!!

@RoxRocks86 thank you! It is indeed, most of the times I regret getting coffee elsewhere

We've got a small eco shop around the corner from us that a lady runs from her house. She does some great dried fruit which goes really well with natural yogurt, it makes a great breakfast.
In the bowel are blueberries, sour cherries, peaches, pears, banana, mango & white mulberries . I mix chi seed, linseed and sunflower seeds into porridge oats and put that in first with yogurt and the fruit on top.
Keeping you regular since the lockdown..
