Been pumping Iron at Gym my lacks are getting bigger and shoulders so I had to size up to a large, still this is my favourite shirt. Pimp again with GAH

This is my second shirt I have size up, last one was raw denim size medium.

Went for a large this one is a one wash, can I get more shrinkage from hot water or a wash, has anyone wash the one wash, what was your results.

So I can a better fit.

Hows the fit on these? Should i get L or XL?  I wear a L in IHSH-178, Storm rider.  It looks like shoulders run a little tight? Usually need 18”-18.5” in shoulders.

Stay with an L, I reckon. I wear XL in most shirts and went XL with this. It was the right move. It fits slightly slimmer than UHF’s and imho looks better for it.

Thank you sir.. right, the p2p on the XL looks a little big.  Do these shrink at all with a cold wash?

They do shrink about a centimetre in all directions with a warm soak/wash. Cold wash, I’m not so sure.
