I always found that stretch denim was much hotter than my non stretch. This was patagonia and Hudson if I recall. I suppose it depends on the weave… but I think elastase definitely increases the heat factor. Thoughts anyone?

So the weave is tighter with elastane or whatever stretch material is added? That explains why it’s hotter.

Yes, the stretchy stuff stretches in the loom which is obviously under tension and contracts when it is not under tension, thereby tightening the weave

In the past, Self Edge collaborations have been run through Self Edge, not through Iron Heart, and Giles deferred on all info about them to Kiya.  I could be wrong, but I expect this one to follow that pattern.

For practical purposes, that means you'll have to ask Kiya, since it's his show.
